Some of you have had the chance to meet my new manager and hear that BIG things are coming. Today, I’m excited to officially introduce my new company: Domestic Operations Collective — DOC for short.
DOC was created to connect "cleaners with jobs and jobs with cleaners" in a more personal, organized, and realistic way.
I built the entire DOC website and application myself because I could not find a single platform that worked the way I wanted it to. If you know me, you already know- if I can imagine something, I will find a way to build it, create it, or make it happen!
Now onto how DOC works:
Independent, insured cleaners are invited to apply and interview. From there, my manager personally reviews each cleaner and helps match them with the right jobs based on experience, availability, service area, and the type of work they are looking for.
This is not an automated list. This is not a random booking site. This is not lead generation. DOC is built around real communication, real expectations, and a real person helping match the right cleaner to the right job.

I will continue personally handling luxury cleans through Handmade Housekeeping. My schedule is currently full, and I am beyond grateful for that. That will not change.
I ran teams in the past and I am not interested in taking that on again...EVER!
DOC allows me to create something better: a way to support independent cleaners, help clients find the right fit, and make the entire process feel less overwhelming for everyone involved.
My hope is that by having a real human help match cleaners to jobs and jobs to cleaners, we can set proper expectations from the beginning and help everyone get the type of help they expect.
