Watering a slab intermittently does not constitute curing! Once the slab is dry, curing stops. Consider a curing compound instead.

Curing is the process of maintaining moisture and temperature conditions that allow hydration to continue. Hydration is the chemical reaction that develops concrete strength, durability, and performance. Without proper curing, hydration stops before concrete reaches its full potential.
