It is with great sadness that we announce our retirement and decision to close both Varick Winery & Vineyard and also The Inn at Varick Winery for good. We’ve made many friends during the last seventeen years and enjoyed serving you, both at the tasting room and at the Inn. We appreciate those guests and vendors who stuck with us through the good and the bad times. We can’t forget sixteen cherry festivals with rain storms, micro bursts, hail, or blazing sun, spud and pumpkin chuckin’, gummy bear shots, Bob’s boozy balls, swarming bees, floods, a rare frozen Cayuga Lake, and many Cayuga Lake Wine Trail events. We have such fond memories!
Our retirement sale of wine starts on October 1 and continues until all inventory is sold or until October 30, 2021, when we close the doors for the final time.
