Join a HillCrest winemaker on a journey to discover wine at Oregon's Oldest Estate Winery. This in-depth tour and tasting takes the path of the grape, to understand how the Umpqua Valley fits into the world of fine wine. We will discover the impact of stemware, classic tasting techniques and traditional winemaking styles from our first and second generation winemakers, both with international winemaking experience. This is your opportunity to delve in depth, into one of the great winemaking regions of the world, the Umpqua Valley.
