COVID-19 Loan Program Overview:
-$15,000 Maximum Loan
-1% Loan Fee
-Waive Leverage Requirements
-Use Personal Guarantees as Collateral

COVID-19 Loan Program Criteria:
-Operating Company (business) in business for at least 2 yrs.
-Provide 2019 Tax Return or CPA prepared financials showing positive earnings.
-Potential to save existing jobs.

COVID-19 Loan Program Terms:
-Payments Deferred for Three (3) Months
-Interest Rate 4%
-Five (5) Year Repayment Period

Note: Applicant must provide proof they were unable to obtain loan request from a traditional lending source.
