is a Chicago-based practice management consulting and training firm with clients nationwide. KZA offers consultative services, speaking and education, workshops, and professional writing services that address the infrastructure and strategy challenges practicing physicians face every day. Since 1985, KZA has built a respected reputation as a team of physician advocates who effectively work for and with physicians to help them solve and manage business problems. KZA's philosophy is that it's much healthier for clients to participate in creating management solutions than to call a practice management "doctor" every time a minor problem arises. The firm works on a project basis, and empowers physicians, managers, and staff to be involved in the change process.
