What a big year for our family! 💙🩷

Our oldest, Evie, passed her boards yesterday and is now officially a licensed esthetician! We are so incredibly proud of her.

Our second oldest, Emery, graduated high school on Thursday and will be attending Normandale to study Computer Engineering this fall.

Our middle child, Eloise, finished her freshman year and got her driver’s permit last week!

And our youngest, Brantley, graduated from elementary school today.

May has been an absolute whirlwind of milestones, celebrations, and emotions. As exciting as it all is, it’s hard to believe how quickly the years have flown by. One minute you’re dropping them off at daycare and the next you’re celebrating permits, degrees, licenses, and graduations.

I’m so excited for summer and a chance to slow down a bit after all the craziness. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: hug those little babies tight. The days may feel long, but the years truly fly by. Before you know it, they’ll be growing up and chasing their dreams. 🥹💙🩷✨

We stayed busy today with Legos, magnatiles and a bunch of special toys from storage! We also got to watch a little bit of a movie and have snack! Thanks to Greyson and Laikyn for visiting and playing today!! I am closed tomorrow! I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Happy Tuesday! Today we had a friend named Grayson do drop in care! I took care of Greyson from being a small toddler until preschool! I love when my old friends stop in for a day here and there! Love you buddy! We had a blast in the water and searching for bugs! They caught a lot of bugs today!!!

It’s a bitter sweet day! My first born is graduating highschool today!! How do I have a high school graduate when I’m only 21 😆🙃😩🥹 Happy graduation day to my baby Emery!

Another amazing day in the sun! ☀️

“Summer” officially starts in a week here, but with this beautiful weather, we are getting an early start! During the summer, we trade a little bit of our structured learning, art, and group time for as much outdoor fun as possible. We spend our days at parks, in the backyard, going on walks, and soaking up every minute of sunshine!

Starting soon, we’ll be walking to Puppets in the Park every Monday, and we’ll also have one on-site field trip each month! This summer we’ll be enjoying visits from RAD Zoo, pony rides, a petting zoo, a kids charcuterie board experience, ice cream truck visits, and a bi-weekly music class. It is going to be SUCH a fun summer full of memories, laughter, and adventure!

This summer also comes with some bittersweet goodbyes. Sadly, we will have three friends leaving us soon. Avery will be heading to a preschool program before kindergarten, Barrett’s family will be moving, and Serna will be staying home with her mom for the summer before starting a new adventure of her own. I only have a few more weeks to soak up all their love. They will be so deeply missed, but I’m so excited for their next chapters and for the next teachers who get to love them.

We’re also excited to welcome two new friends this summer! Baby Brexton, Oaklee’s little brother, will be joining us, along with a new friend named Harrison. We do still have one opening for this summer / September, so if you know anyone looking for childcare, feel free to send them our way!

I cannot wait to soak up the sunshine and make so many special memories with my little friends this summer! ☀️

Long story short- This is really good information about potty training!

If you don’t want to read it, but I think you should, I’ll sum it up- It is an ad but it is an ad for something I have seen work really well!

I currently have a child that use these training pants and they are amazing! They feel like underwear and allow the child to know when they are wet. A regular pull up or diaper absorbs p*e so fast that a child won’t feel it and doesn’t even know they went most of the time because they don’t “feel wet”. These allow them to feel the wetness against their body which they don’t like but it also holds in the p*e and their clothes remain dry! As a daycare provider I can’t recommend these enough for newly potty training kiddos!!
