June 16th ... the last day precious Caylee was seen alive ... same day Casey Anthony did "foolproof suffocation" searches on her computer.

Rob Dick, who was there with the family, says that Casey Anthony "definitely killed Caylee".

"Without a doubt. I think everybody knew she did it" her former bodyguard said, of Casey Anthony in 2016.

Rob Dick protected Casey and did so with an open mind. However almost immediately, Dick says he questioned Anthony’s behavior.
“Here’s a mom in jail for the last 30 days, supposedly not knowing where her child is for 60 days now,” Dick recalled. “First question, what do you think it would be? ‘Have you heard anything?’ ”

Casey's bodyguard Rob Dick spent eight days in 2008 with Anthony after she was released on $500K bail and moved closely with her, observing her in close proximity due to the nature of his task.

Looking back on the day, Dick says he awoke the following morning to Casey Anthony’s father, George, frantically grilling his daughter for information on what had happened to little Caylee.
They had to pull him off, and Casey’s mother Cindy, sent him to a motel for a few days.
“At that moment, that wasn’t for show,” Dick said. “We knew… he couldn’t have been involved.” explained the bodyguard, tossing to pieces the current allegation from Casey made, that her father was behind the murder.

Much of Dick’s duties during the eight days revolved around getting Anthony to daily checks for home confinement and to visits at her attorney’s office.

Dick says that Anthony seemed uninterested in her daughter’s whereabouts. “She was just completely happy, excited to see her parents,” he said. “She asked, ‘What’s for dinner? Jail food sucks.’ ”

Dick insists Casey’s not a serial killer who has or would kill others. But he does strongly believe Casey killed Caylee in a “fit of rage.”
“The child was an inconvenience to her… you know, she wanted to live her life.”

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that Paul Ruben Flores (46) was sentenced to serve 25 years to life in state prison after a jury convicted him last October of murdering Kristin Smart in 1996.
