Huge thanks to the Association of Fundraising Professionals California Capital Chapter for inviting members of the Planned Giving Forum of Greater Sacramento (PGFGS) to present, including our very own Chelsea Fahr!

PGFGS shared: "Planned giving is not a separate trail off in the woods. It is part of good stewardship with a longer view. When we widen the conversation beyond cash, we open the door to gifts of real estate, retirement assets, stock, and simple bequests. We also create space for donors to carry their values forward and leave a legacy that lasts." We couldn't have said it better ourselves!

The Sacramento Metro Chamber Foundation is proud to announce that Fairytale Town has been selected as the beneficiary of the 2026 Leadership Sacramento Class Project.

This year's project will focus on maximizing accessibility and safety at the beloved Sacramento destination, including improvements to the iconic Crooked Mile and an accessible play structure.

Through Leadership Sacramento, participants work together to create a lasting community impact while developing their skills to be the next generation of regional leaders. Over the past decade, Leadership Sacramento classes have invested more than $2 million in local nonprofits, strengthening organizations that serve our region.
