Back in 2015, while working as the marketing guy for a personal injury law firm in downtown Los Angeles, I stumbled upon a formula for creating viral Facebook posts that not only attracted massive attention but also avoided the traps that brands often fall into today.

Youโ€™ve seen it happenโ€”someone posts something controversial, and suddenly, theyโ€™re identified as part of one side of a heated debate. The people engaging with the post align with the opposing side, and the conversation spirals into negativity.

But the post I crafted for the firm didnโ€™t suffer that fate. Instead, we stayed completely neutral. While opposing sides argued passionately in the comments, the law firm stayed on the sidelinesโ€”our role was just to facilitate the conversation. The engagement skyrocketed, and the post gained massive visibility.

Fast forward to todayโ€”Iโ€™m still using the same formula. Itโ€™s all about sparking meaningful discussion without taking sides. When done right, your brand can capture attention and become the center of a viral moment, without becoming the target of negativity.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who "knows" how to sell digital advertising management services. You need to be familiar with Google Ads, Facebook advertising and SEO.

This is a remote position and you can work from home and will be responsible for selling digital marketing services to local business owners.

Directly relevant experience is a plus.

You will be expected to hop on sales calls, it typically takes 2-3 sales calls that last 30 minutes on average.

You will not be prospecting. The people you are going on a call have requested a sales call and were scheduled by an appointment setter.

Compensation:
1. You will be paid $15 for every call you go on (that lasts under 60 minutes).

2. If you close a sale, you will get a bonus of $300.

Our best salespeople are closing 1 out of 5 prospects each week and earning $525 on average to bring in one client.

Requirements:
- you must have some experience with the Facebook and Google advertising platforms
- you can write advertising copy in both English and Spanish
- you know how to create engaging content for use on social media platforms

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Campaign Strategy
- you will develop advertising strategies on Facebook that achieve our lead generation goals, within the forecasted CPL

2. Copywriting
- you will develop copy ideas, write copy and submit them for approval before going live
- you will be developing new ad angles and copy every week, for testing

3. Campaign Management
- you will take ownership of ad campaigns and ensure the campaigns are profitable and within budget, your success at what you do is measured at how many qualified leads you were able to attract through your campaigns, and how much it cost to acquire those leads

4. Lead Conversion Monitoring
- you will make sure that you are able to measure the success of your campaigns by tracking all lead, assigning traffic attribution and tracking the CPL over time

5. Reports
- you will prepare reports that show key metrics of interest to us and the client

We are currently interviewing and will hire within the next 2 weeks. The role will require 10-15 hours a week to start but will eventually increase.
