TLC In Home Care LLC is seeking a experienced individual to obtain the role of Office Coordinator/Marketing Manager and be able to step in as an active caregiver if needed.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing office communications and the overall operations of the office. Managing emails, phone calls, mail and coordinating meetings. Ensuring efficient workflow processes and effective communication. Responsible for advertising and marketing to necessary vendors. Undertaking marketing research. Developing marketing strategy and budgets. Overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content. And perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing business revenue. As an active caregiver, provide company, services, personal care, meal assistance, transportation, medication management and assisting clients in the comfort of their home.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have at least 2-4 years experience in Office Management in a Home Care setting as well as hands on caregiving experience. At least 3 years of Marketing experience. Must be a self starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fingerprint/Background check required, CPR/First Aid certification, TB Test, Covid-19 vaccinated including booster. HCA Registry and valid drivers license.
