Plot twist: “let’s grab coffee and browse some stores!” turned into a workers comp adjustment review 😅 Classic her. Making sure of prepared (and also knowing I’m still going to ask her to explain it again 🫠)

Honestly though — it was such a nice break to spend the day with someone whose company I genuinely love being around. She’s the one piece of running PCC I never have to lose sleep over (and I mean that literally — 9 hours, every night, because I know she’s got our back). 10/10 day, even with the surprise paperwork. 🌉☕️

Sat in on an incredible talk today at the NPRA event on early detection of Alzheimer’s and cognitive health. A few things I’m taking with me:
→ Learn something new regularly
→ Mistakes are part of the process — don’t quit
→ Consistency > intensity, always
The small things you do every day matter more than you think. Go easy on yourself and keep going. 💜

🍦 What a fantastic day at Revel!

We had an incredible time hosting our Ice Cream Social at Revel, where we officially introduced something we’re very excited about — Share Care Micro Visits.

Share Care is designed for residents in independent living communities who want to maintain their independence but could use a little extra support throughout the day. Our micro visits provide short, purposeful check-ins to help with things like:

• Medication reminders
• Light assistance with daily routines
• Laundry or small tasks
• Companionship and wellness check-ins

It’s simple: small moments of support that help residents stay independent longer.

A huge thank you to the Revel team and residents for welcoming us and making this launch so special. We loved connecting with everyone (and the ice cream didn’t hurt either! 🍨).
