We are pleased to announce that Errol Stivender has joined Trinity Turbine Services, LLC as VP of Field Service Operations.
Errol brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience in gas and steam power generation, with deep expertise in the installation, rehabilitation, and long-term reliability of critical rotating equipment. His career reflects a rare combination of technical mastery and operational leadership, with extensive experience across GE and Westinghouse frame units.
Throughout his career with industry leaders including GE Energy, GE Oil & Gas, Sulzer, and TOPS, Errol has successfully bridged high-level project management with on-site technical field engineering. Most notably, he served as Equipment Reliability Manager for a 1,100-ton ammonia plant, where he was responsible for the uptime, performance, and long-term reliability of essential rotating machinery.
Errol’s core areas of expertise include:
Project Leadership: Managing multi-million-dollar budgets, proposals, and full-scale plant installations
Technical Supervision: Oversight of Nuovo Pignone centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, steam turbines, and gas expanders
Operational Excellence: ISO-compliant documentation, shift personnel management, and complex control valve activities
Fleet Management: Former leadership of North American fleet operations for GE 5 and 10 units
In this role, Errol will build upon the strong foundation of safe, responsive, high-quality, and reliable service established under the leadership of Chris Green. We are confident that Errol’s experience, technical depth, and commitment to operational safety will further strengthen Trinity’s field service capabilities and deliver continued value to our customers ensuring that every project--from minor overhauls to major plant rehabilitations--is delivered with Precision and technical integrity.
