After years of supporting families through the earliest (and sleepiest) stages of parenthood, it was time for a name that better reflects the full scope of what I do, from overnight newborn care to customized sleep support for babies and toddlers.
The Sleep Edit is still me (Lauren!) same high-touch, heart-led care, just with a new name, refined offerings, and support options for every stage and budget.
