Our program teaches a range of strategies to make your teen a better human. We work with teens on things as simple as eye contact, handshakes and self-control and expose them to more complex skill sets like empathy, adaptability and communication skills.

The foundation of our program are materials based on the DISC® Model of Human Behavior. This is a personal assessment tool used in the corporate world, professional sports and by entrepreneurs to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity.
