At Hotel Evolution, we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our President and Senior Executives. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive, self-motivated, problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an executive office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.
Objectives of this Role
With a primary responsibility of supporting the President, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
Organizes and arranges for staff members to represent the organization at meetings and conferences, using their own initiative.
Notes commitments made by executives during meetings and arrangements for staff implementation.
Analyzes unit operating practices, such as record-keeping systems, forms control, office layout, suggestion systems, personnel, and budgetary requirements, and performance standards to create new systems or revise established procedures, and coordinates internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
Excellent project management ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks, develop critical paths, negotiate, and delegate/follow-up with 3rd parties to meet timelines for various deliverables
Record, transcribe and/or distribute meeting/conference notes, business forms, etc.; then Administer and adhere to a comprehensive filing system based on a synchronized collaboration of cloud storage, Project/Task Management, and manual paper filing systems
