MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: VW Ice, a newly accredited IPIA member, has been serving Missoula, MT, and surrounding areas with top-quality ice since 1972. Originally operated by its first owner until 2016, the business was taken over by the Kirkland & Tritz famly in 2016. With a focus on growth and innovation, they quickly outgrew the existing production facility, leading to the construction of a state-of-the-art plant in 2020 capable of producing 100 tons of ice daily. As a family-owned business, VW Ice remains committed to customer satisfaction and ensuring reliable ice delivery for businesses and events across the region. Visit them online at www.vwice.com!

We remember and honor the life of our former sales team member, Raymond South, who recently passed away. Raymond dedicated more than 20 years to KEITH, representing the cotton and ice industries with exceptional skill and unwavering commitment. Throughout his career, Raymond made a lasting impact, particularly within the ice industry, where he was deeply involved and highly respected. In 2021, Raymond's outstanding contributions to the ice industry were celebrated when he was inducted into the IPIA Hall of Fame. This honor followed his earlier recognition by the Southern Ice Exchange in 2016, further underscoring the widespread respect and admiration he garnered from his peers.

Raymond was not just a colleague but a true friend to many of us. His warm personality, kindness and dedication to his work will be remembered. Our thoughts and condolences are with Raymond's family, friends and loved ones.

This past weekend, KEITH was thrilled to be part of the California Trucking Show! Our Customer Support Manager, Jason Bouzos, teamed up with our talented videographer/photographer, Jason Blackman, to make the event a success. The dynamic duo also took the time to visit several valued customers in the area. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and to our amazing customers for their continued support.

This map gives you a good idea of the areas that have been impacted the most by Helene. We are getting calls from these areas asking for assistance. We are doing all we can do without effecting our normal operations. We’ve heard comments likening the disaster to Katrina. God speed to all those impacted especially those who have lost loved ones or everything they have. Our thoughts and prays are otw along with Ice & Water.
