One of my New Year goals, is to spend more time with my family, in particular my daughter! Today is my daughter's birthday.

One of your goals may be to become more healthy or exercise this year.
Whatever your "get healthy" goal is be sure to write is down. If it is exercise, it should contain how many times a week and for how long, what type of exercise and what is your end goal. Your end goal may be to reach a certain weight, decrease body fat, increase muscle, whatever your goal, write it down and then execute! Find someone that you can be accountable to too.

Goal setting! Set your goals and go for it!

Here are some steps to assist you in setting goals:
You must have a specific goal. ...
You MUST have a specific time in which to achieve your goal.
You must write down your goal.
You must develop a plan to achieve your goal.
Develop your plan in small attainable chunks.
You must think about your goal a every day.

I put my goals on my mirror and read them every day. Try it!
