Another project at Trilith Studios completed. It’s a 100, 000 sf warehouse with a 15,000 sf office space. It’s called MBS and they provide production services and equipment rentals to the local movie sound stages. They are the largest studio based provider of grip and lighting equipment in the country. PDC finished 2 months ahead of schedule!!! Tony Perrino is very proud of his team and their dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty!

It was a beautiful day to celebrate the Topping Off of the Trilith Outpost. The “Topping Off” refers to the last piece of steel erected on a building's structure. The Outpost is a new building that houses all the landscaping needs for Trilith Studios and the Town of Trilith. PDC could not be more proud to be the contractor building this structure.
