Hello everyone. If you are looking to get in shape, I offer a fun, personalized, yet challenging fitness program. There is no need for a gym membership, I can train you in your home (a couple spots left) or virtually. READY TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF IN 2025?


One of the best things to have with you on your fitness journey is a journal. They are very useful for keeping track of your progress.

Write your goals on the first page so you can look at remind yourself what you're goal is. Make sure they are achievable goals like five pounds in four to six weeks. When you make small goals, you will achieve them faster which will motivate you more and you'll likely keep going with your fitness journey. Make too big of a goal like 20 pounds in a month or two, odds are you won't make it and may give up on your journey.

Write down the date, distance and time for cardio, exercises, sets, and reps you did. This will help so the next time you go back to that workout, you can try to beat what you did the last time whether it's adding more weight to the exercise or increasing the reps with the same weight as last time, even adding an extra set. Go a longer distance or time performing cardio. Try to be better than you were the last time with that workout. If you're doing the same time, distance, weight, reps, and sets for a a while, odds are you won't change your physique. Challenge yourself to better yourself.

You could also see which exercises are working for you and are not. If you're stuck with the same weight and reps on a certain exercise for a while, switch it up to another exercise that will work the same muscle group.

Write down what you'll be training the day before so this way you are mentally ready to crush your workout. You'll have it planned out in your head and will be able to get right into your workout as opposed to standing around figuring out what to do.

Journals are important to have for your fitness journey to help you track your workouts and improve yourself every workout. You'll be more organized and ready to go every workout. You could even use your phone if you want but I prefer old school writing in a notebook.
