Hot take: your Sun PLA isn't 'bad filament' — it's eating your brass nozzle. Those gold flakes are literally metal flake, which means they're abrasive. Swap to a hardened steel nozzle before spool #1 (not after), bump the hotend to 220°C, drop print speed to 45 mm/s, and push flow to 100%. Suddenly it prints like liquid gold instead of dull mud. Hot take: most Bambu Studio calibration guides run in the wrong order. Flow ratio FIRST, then pressure advance, then max volumetric speed — because a PA test on uncalibrated flow is just noise dressed up as a number, and the corner-blob you're chasing was never a PA problem.
