My father was self-employed my entire life. At a very young age, I started riding along with my father on service calls whenever customers and police would reach out for assistance. Some calls were for roadside assistance while others were emergency calls. I genuinely enjoyed riding along with my Dad, watching him load the vehicles and how he interacted with customers. I learned a lot through obse
rving my father during those years. After graduating high school, I joined the military. Once I had completed my years of service in the military, I returned to NH and worked as a Corrections Officer and then worked as a service technician for Dish Network. I eventually moved on to PSNH (now Eversource) and worked there for 13 years first as a customer service representative and eventually was promoted to customer service supervisor. I started sensing the need for a change. I resigned from Eversource and worked for a small company in Wentworth and due to unforeseen circumstances I moved on to driving a concrete truck. It was then, I decided it was time to start my own business. My father inspired the idea of a roadside assistance/towing company because he knew I enjoyed working outside, was mechanically inclined and that I liked helping people. On Feb, 22, 2022 I officially became the sole owner/operator for LifeLine Towing LLC. LifeLine Towing LLC is one man with one flatbed truck, with a desire to help those in need, but working solo in a rural area does present its challenges. Due to miles in between customers and limited cell service, it may not be possible for me to immediately help everyone who calls for assistance, but I will take time to help the customer navigate next steps if I am unavailable. Safety is my number one goal. I want to ensure that each customer is treated the way I would want my own family members to be treated if they were in a similar situation as well as care for the customer’s vehicle in the way I would want my own vehicles cared for. I do my best to ensure safe transport for each precious vehicle from point A to point B.
