The longer I sit in rooms like SCN Dragons Rising, the more I notice something.

The people who get the most out of networking aren't the ones asking the most for themselves.

They're the ones asking, "who should I introduce to who?"

This week, someone in our group described exactly that. He wants to meet other professionals who already serve the same clients he does, not to compete, but to collaborate.

It's a small shift. But it changes everything about how relationships compound over time.
