Today we are highlighting our mail department. These guys work hard to ensure your clients receive items on strict deadlines. Our mail gurus go the extra mile to save you time and money. They communicate and guide you through the process. Even during COVID we were swamped getting out crucial information to the masses for multiple counties and companies. We didn't miss a beat! Today we are highlighting our new Halm Super-Jet XT2615D. WPI purchased this amazing piece of machinery in late 2020. Since then we have been running at full speed, and when we say full speed, we mean it. This Halm Super-Jet is able to run a non-perfecting sheet of 12x18 at 25,000 an hour. We didn’t stop there, we decided to modify this model to allow faster cam changes, thus allowing us to go from perfecting to non-perfecting in a matter of minutes. There is much more to be said about this fine machinery but sometimes better to show. Be sure to check out behind the scenes video we just released. This gives you an in-depth look into the magic of printing at WPI.

Check out our new Halm Super-Jet in action. This press will fly! We are able to produce 2 color on a max 12x18 sheet at 25,000 an hour with capabilities of running 2up at 50,000 an hour. This press is sure to impress. Have envelopes that need a quick turnaround? Then consider it done here at WPI.

WPI has many important departments, among them is prepress. The prepress department is the front line to our process. Prepress is made up of three highly skilled employees. Audie, Tiffany, and Brent. They will ensure your artwork is set-up correctly for our CX-75 press. If you don't have artwork designed they can take of you. If you have questions about file preparation or designs don't hesitate, give them a call. WPI is the team you want in your back pocket.
