Over the past few weeks, we have had the privilege of visiting several communities across our service area and sharing a few simple summer favorites along the way.

From serving root beer floats at the Ellis Jr. Free Fair, to grilling hot dogs at the Ness and Rush County Fairs, and handing out fresh watermelon at the Pawnee County Fair, each event gave us another opportunity to do what we value most: connect with the people we serve.

These events are about much more than the food. They are about seeing familiar faces, meeting new neighbors, catching up with longtime customers, and witnessing firsthand the people who make our communities so special.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped by, shared a conversation, offered a smile, or simply spent part of their evening with us. Thank you to the volunteers, fair boards, and community members who work behind the scenes to make these events possible year after year.

Serving these communities is something we never take for granted. We are proud to be part of the places we call home, and we cannot wait to see everyone again at the next community event.
