WGM customers,
At approximately 8:10pm on April 17 high winds and a tornado passed through Mason County and severely damaged our Biggs elevator location. The WGM team has contacted the utility companies and disconnected power to the damaged area. The WGM team has also completed our first assessment of the damaged facility and contacted the appropriate contractors for review of remediation. The Biggs location is secured for safety until the clean-up is complete. No grain operations will be available at this time.
WGM is thankful no one was on site and no injuries were reported.
The Biggs office did not sustain any damage. Scott Cripe will continue to work from this location providing market information and administration duties through the cleanup process. Please respect the contractor traffic and our concern for safety with no access beyond the office.
