PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION. PLAY DEFENSE.

Fraudsters may call pretending to be your bank and ask you to "verify" personal or account information. That's a red flag.

If someone calls asking for sensitive information, don't make the pass. Hang up and call Austin Bank directly using a trusted number. (Here's a good one to remember - 800.644.9275.)

Austin Bank already knows who you are. A legitimate bank representative won't unexpectedly call and ask you to provide sensitive information we already have.
