Big upgrade completed by our South Louisiana team this week at one of our nonprofit clients, The Chapel in Baton Rouge.

We wrapped up a full network migration and upgrade to Cisco Meraki to help deliver a faster, more reliable, and more secure experience across the entire campus.

For environments like churches,schools, and multi building campuses, reliability matters. From streaming services and presentations to guest WiFi and staff operations, the network has to simply work.

Proud of our South LA crew for another smooth migration with minimal downtime and a seamless transition.

Are you all of a sudden getting email from yourself? You’re not alone.

We’ve had a lot of people asking about this lately. In many cases, it does not mean your email account was hacked. What is usually happening is called spoofing. Someone is making an email look like it came from your address or your company.

The goal is to scare you, trick you into clicking a link, or get you to give up sensitive information.

Your IT provider should be checking SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, reviewing your Microsoft 365 security settings, and making sure spoofed emails are being blocked before they reach your inbox.

We talked through real world threats we are seeing across Louisiana and how they directly impact engineering firms.

Engineers are responsible for critical infrastructure and valuable intellectual property. That makes this industry a growing target, and it is more important than ever to stay protected.

Even the crew of Artemis II is dealing with something we all know too well… issues with Microsoft Outlook.

Let that sink in.

You’ve got one of the most advanced space missions ever planned by NASA… and somewhere in the mix, there’s still multiple versions of Outlook causing problems.

It’s a good reminder that no matter how big or advanced the organization is, technology challenges don’t go away. They just change shape.
