Who would guess that these zombie-looking grapes could produce a beautiful sweet w**e? When our w**emaker found our first vintage of late harvest Sauvignon Blanc hidden away in our cellar in 1997, we knew we had struck gold! Made from fruit that’s left on the vine until it’s sweet and intense, we’ve been creating magic with these grapes ever since.
