Earth Day was first celebrated on April 22, 1970 in the United States, and later adopted by the world to commemorate and raise awareness about the devastating effects of environmental pollution caused by fossil fuels, garbage, debris, and plastic waste.

FAC Energy urges our community to make it a habit to celebrate every day as "EARTH DAY" because we humans need to breathe clean air every moment of our lives to survive. Additionally, the basic elements that nourish our bodies also need to be nourished with clean water and air.

It is essential to make it a habit to save energy because every kilowatt-hour not generated with fossil fuels reduces the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) and other gases that pollute our environment. ♻️

El Día de la Tierra se celebró por primera vez el 22 de abril de 1970 en los Estados Unidos y luego el mundo adoptó este día para celebrar y concientizar a la población de los terribles daños que ocasiona cuando se contamina el Medio Ambiente por los usos de combustibles fósiles, la basura, escombros y desperdicios de plásticos.

FAC Energy exhorta a nuestra comunidad a que hagamos una costumbre de celebrar todos los días como el "EL DÍA de la TIERRA", porque los seres humanos para sobrevivir necesitamos respirar aire limpio cada instante de nuestras vidas; además, los elementos básicos que nutren nuestros organismos también necesitan nutrirse de agua y aire limpio.

Es importante que hagamos un hábito de ahorrar energía porque cada kilovatio que no se produce con combustible fósiles reduce la cantidad de dióxido de carbono (CO2) y otros gases que contaminan nuestro ambiente. ♻️
