Nothing like starting off the season with this demo project. Originally, the stone columns were going to be saved but they were too unstable and had to come down.

Newer property with Significant surface and ground water issues necessitated massive amounts drainage pipe and rock. Hundreds of feet of stone walls were built. There was also tree work, stump removal, shed relocation, expansion of the driveway, and custom stamped concrete stairs and walk way (natural stone). Final steps were loam, hydro seeding by Bill at Donovan Farms in Rutland, and a fire pit was installed.

A huge shoutout to the homeowners for giving me creative freedom on some aspects of projects.
