🚨🅿 Rutland Shopping Plaza Parking Alert 🚨🅿
Brixmor, the owner of the Rutland Shopping Plaza, has notified RCPD that they will be enforcing parking rules on their property. These additional measures are being taken to deter loitering, disorderly groups congregating, and overcrowding by non-customers.
Brixmor has authorized Stockton Security to ticket, boot, and tow vehicles and trespass subjects not in compliance with these rules from their private property. Brixmor has further authorized RCPD to take enforcement action on their behalf and remove subjects and vehicles causing issues in the plaza and not obeying posted rules.
Signs have been installed throughout the plaza.
If you receive a ticket from Stockton Security, you must reach out to Brixmor or Stockton Security regarding the ticket. These are not city issued tickets.
