Good news for our customers and future students.
As Failure Analysis Services continues to grow, we're excited to announce that our training calendar has opened up with additional availability for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2026.
A big part of that is the addition of our newest instructor, Alex Setterfield, to the FAS team. Alex brings extensive experience in machinery analysis, reliability, lubrication, vibration analysis, oil analysis, reciprocating compressors, rotating equipment, and condition monitoring. More importantly, he shares the same passion we do for helping people become better problem solvers.
Whether you're looking for Failure Analysis Level 1, 2, or 3 training, contamination control, reliability-focused workshops, or a customized on-site program, we now have more flexibility to support your organization.
For over 20 years, FAS has been helping technicians, engineers, managers, and reliability professionals understand not just what failed, but why it failed.
Failure is not the problem. Not understanding why is.
If you've been considering training for your team in 2026, now is a great time to start the conversation.

There’s something special about craftsmanship you can feel the second you lay eyes on it.
One of our great customers built this custom wooden American flag, and I’ve got to say… it’s flat-out impressive. The detail, the character in the wood, and the pride behind it all really show. This isn’t just decor, it’s a piece that means something.
We’re grateful to work with people like this every day. Talented, hardworking folks who take pride in what they do.
Can’t wait to get this home and get it hung up where it belongs.
Thank you, my friend. This one’s going to be appreciated for a long time.
