❄️ With winter in full force, we want to share a quick but important message to our customers…

Our team is doing our ABSOLUTE best right now. Please know that it is our number one priority to get your fuel to you safely, reliably and quickly. We ask that you please be patient, plan ahead, and be kind to our team who are truly working their butts off. Here’s a few things to consider:

❄️Please properly sand and salt your driveway prior to delivery. Our trucks are heavy and dangerous. An icey driveway or road not only puts our drivers safety at risk, but can cause a truck to slide off the road and cause delays for hundreds of other customers in the meantime.

🗓️Please plan ahead. Order at 1/2 tank to a 1/4 tank. Our team is working ‘round the clock this time of year to keep up with the demand and there are some things out of our control. Terminal delays, drivers catching any of the dozen illnesses spreading, blizzards, and icey conditions are all things we need to keep in mind. We are still able to deliver within a few days, while some other companies are WEEKS out.

🙌🏼We’re very grateful for our team- you’re all rockstars. Our office staff, drivers, and service techs have continued to maintain a high level of customer service through the demands and we couldn’t be more proud of our team for stepping up to take care of our customers.
