Starting a new business can be overwhelming and intimidating at times. With the high turnover rate in employees and volunteers, some organizations will end up changing their appointed Custodian of Records annually or even a few times a year. Each time, it costs the organization over $100 to make the change and weeks before the DOJ approves it.
