Developing a brand, an identity, a purpose, takes a lot of time, hard work, and creativity. Developing is going through the trials and errors, making sure every measurement is exact, it’s being extremely efficient with what you put out when your customer base is extremely small. Developing a brand is more than designing products, or printing onto a t-shirt or hoodie, your ideas and your creativity can be plentiful, but if no one is buying what you’re selling, a brand isn’t a brand, it’s just an empty idea you’re putting out into the world. Developing a brand is being 3 steps ahead of any possible mistakes, because the wrong designs or the wrong fabrics can set you back financially and creatively. Developing a brand is using the best of what you know, with the best of what you can do, and combining it with a team to showcase your talent with confidence to the world.

And at the end of the process, it’s reminding yourself that you’re only as talented as your work ethic, you can be talented but what is talent if you aren’t putting it to use? Remember, everyone has talent, but not everyone works hard, not everyone is willing to take risks to get to where they’re at in their dreams. People see the finished product, but behind the curtains there’s the going to sleep at 5am then waking up 9am everyday to make sure the dream doesn’t die. There’s creating, and then there’s creating with a purpose, just like there’s being alive, and there’s living with a purpose. This is our story. As Fenix presents you with the art of storytelling, starting with the AW20 collection.
