We provide many services including training and advising on marketing to the Department of Transportation, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certif

ication, short-term lending and bonding assistance, and more. The SBTRC Southwest Region is operated by the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce through a Cooperative Agreement with the United States Department of Transportation.

Congratulations to our 2022 Fall Cohort for completing the Small Construction Business Development Program--hosted by SBTRC-SW, CalAsian Chamber of Commerce, and funded by US DOT!

This is a series of workshops designed to prepare a cohort of DBEs to be bond-ready and learn best practices to compete for government transportation-related contracts.

Graduates have obtained a Certificate of Completion from the U.S. Department of Transportation which highlights their readiness to bid!
