Meet Mary-Kevin Stockwell, Senior Account Executive!

Mary-Kevin helps expand KP's secondary packaging footprint across the regulated packaging markets, including medical device, pharmaceutical, and biomedical, while supporting the growth of carton capabilities at our Salt Lake City facility.

She found her way into the printing and packaging industry by chance. While selling advertising for the San Francisco Business Times, she was recruited by a customer in the printing business. The blend of creativity, speed, and helping clients find innovative solutions captured her interest immediately and has kept her inspired ever since.

That curiosity has turned into deep, hands-on packaging experience. Mary-Kevin understands materials, print processes, and what it takes to get a carton right the first time. She brings that knowledge to every client conversation, helping customers avoid costly missteps, solve problems early, and choose solutions that fit their product, timeline, and compliance requirements. Her clients get a partner who speaks packaging fluently, and the KP team gains an insider's view that sharpens how we scope, quote, and deliver.

One of Mary-Kevin's biggest work wins was printing Ghirardelli chocolate bar cartons for many years, which came with the added bonus of access to some of the best chocolate around. Her favorite part of the job today is working alongside her coworkers and connecting with new people every day through sales.

Outside of work, you'll find her traveling, spending time with her daughter, watching baseball, or walking on the beach. She's also passionate about rescuing Golden Retrievers and credits her dog Murphy with being the perfect work-from-home reset.

Meet Alesia Winters, Account Executive, AKA an extension of your supply chain.

"I’ve always believed that great packaging is where functional design meets brand storytelling," Alesia said. She started her career in primary packaging, with a focus on product integrity. She wanted to see the bigger picture, so she expanded into secondary packaging and printed materials. Now she brings it all together to help clients build cohesive, efficient packaging experiences from the inside out.

Her favorite part of the job? Finding solutions. She's never afraid of a new challenge if it means the outcome will help others.

Outside of work, you'll find her hiking, swimming, gardening, or bird watching. She's also a proud Woodland Park Zoo member! She loves live music, travel, and showering her dog and cat with cuddles.

The Renton team closed out August with good food, tropical flair, and great company!

Our back-of-the-warehouse BBQ included freshly grilled burgers and hot dogs, chips, take-away ice cream, and plenty of Hawaiian shirts. Ian even brought his vintage VW bus to help complete the theme.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect, recharge, and enjoy some time together as a team.

Celebrating a well-deserved retirement! 🎉

After 13 years as Renton's Procurement Specialist, Katie Audycki retired on August 7. We recently gathered for a lakeside lunch to recognize her contributions, share stories, and thank her for the impact she's had on our team over the years.

Katie's next chapter includes enjoying the beauty of the Hood Canal and spending time with her growing family, including a new grandchild on the East Coast.

Katie, thank you for your years of dedication and partnership. We wish you a retirement filled with joy, adventure, and all the things you love most. Congratulations!

Meet Maria Stein, one of the people who keeps everything (and everyone) running smoothly behind the scenes at KP.

As our HR Generalist, Maria plays a key role in payroll, day-to-day HR support, and serves as our HRIS expert. One of her biggest accomplishments? Leading the implementation of Paylocity in 2021 - still powering our HR and payroll operations today.

Guided by the advice “It never hurts to ask,” Maria brings curiosity and initiative to everything she does. Her favorite part of the job? Paying employees.

Outside of work, she’s traveling, visiting her children, or hosting one of her legendary gatherings - bunco, tea parties, mahjong, holidays…you name it. Fun fact: she and her husband even had a Zoom wedding in 2020.

Maria and her teammates joined forces for KP’s first HR Summit in Utah this past June - an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and continue strengthening how we support our people.

Maria’s impact shows up every day - we’re lucky to have her as part of Team KP.

At KP, we believe the best partners never stop learning - so this National Book Lovers Day, we're pulling back the curtain on something we're proud of: our KP Book Club.

What started as a simple, 100%-optional invitation has grown into a genuine community of curious minds from across our organization.
