What an incredible morning at the Kaiser Permanente Women’s Fitness Festival 5K & 10K, presented by Fleet Feet Sacramento! 🌸🏃‍♀️ Nearly 3,000 women took to the streets of Downtown Sacramento with energy, determination, and community spirit. Congratulations to everyone who crossed the finish line!
