Bonding over Books is a crowd favorite. We’re back with 2 back to back sessions - hetero will check in at 9:45 am,
Start at 10 am and Q***r will get registered at 10:30 am with a start time of 11. After the event we invite you to buy books (aka holiday shopping), or grab food or drinks on the awesome R st. corridor with those you have met.

You don’t have to be an avid reader for this to be a great event for you! You meet in sections of the bookstore and bond over that topic - you pick the topics and chat about it in groups or 1:1, its low pressure and an easy ice breaker.

Most of the early bird tickets are sold out so get your $5 ticket asap! We’re 6 weeks away and already 15 people registered. Ticket link in bio.

What a pivot- Team Work makes the Dreamwork!!!! They tried to shut down the music, so we took it to the water!

When Alex Jimenez (he’s single ladies!!!) came to ask if they could set up on Broke FJ80 (evidently) floating stage we said F Ya! What a collab - The boat guy who transported all the gear, everyone who swam cords out, provided rope or a place for the DJs to float on and the broader community who leant their towels to keep the stage around the speakers dry - Y’all are the dream team!

THIS IS COMMUNITY - THIS IS TALKING TO AND HELPING STRANGERS! This is what dates not apps is, events where people feel comfortable talking to new people and making friends or more in person!
