My name is Rochelle, but I go by Madame Ro (my creative alter ego). I am the woman behind VIVA LA SEXY. I started VIVA LA SEXY with the idea that every woman deserves the opportunity to embrace their bodies and have glamorous, sexy, and professional images of herself. It’s about becoming one with your inner sexiness, not worrying about imperfections, but embracing your authenticity, vulnerability, and identity. I have 14 years of experience in professional photography, and have been published in several fashion and beauty magazines. I have worked for one of the top fashion magazines in the US~ W Magazine. I have assisted celebrity photographers on major ad campaigns. I have a background that has taken me from commercial photography to honing my skills in art direction, lighting, retouching and of course, photography. I hold a degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta with a major in Photographic Imaging/Fine Art Photography. I've always been creative, even as a very small child. I was either drawing, painting, writing, or performing spoken word, and photography became a natural extension of an already creative lifestyle. I'm a bit silly and random and I love to laugh. My photographic style is a blend of editorial, fashion and fine art portraiture. I am far from a minimalist when it comes to photography, my style is grand, and very over the top, however I enjoy simplicity at times. I am always looking for genuine emotion and personality in my imagery, and I want everyone I photograph to feel comfortable and confident. My sessions are fun and happy spaces, and I give you enough direction and coaching to get the most incredible, flattering and gorgeous shots that make you look and feel sexy in your own way. I approach VIVA LA SEXY with a fine art, fashion editorial edge. I want every aspect of VIVA LA SEXY to be an unforgettable, fun, and luxurious experience.
