I don’t know about you, but I have both feet out the door of 2024 and already into 2025. 2024 was one of the worst years ever (in my personal life) and I am moving on. Adios 2024!

But, since the calendar insists on having a few more days on it, I figure I would use it to tidy up a few things on my LinkedIn profile that have been on my to-do list for far too long.

After speaking to some of my clients about what I’m doing and suggesting they do the same, I thought it might be beneficial for you too, so here goes.

Last week I conducted one of my best ever workshops focusing on helping people write unique stories in a way that connects and engages with their ideal audiences on LinkedIn

(it can actually be used anywhere, but LinkedIn seems the hardest place to get engagement and this idea works!)

Yesterday I made a post about an observation that's been slapping me in the face lately...

I'm seeing less and less women on stages, screens and boardrooms. It's driving me nuts.

I had lots of replies to my post, so I took the time to add my additional observations and what's fueled the fire in my head about this topic. Plus, who's fault is it anyway? (Spoiler alert: it's no-one's fault... I'm researching this topic and I think I have an answer... more to come).

This morning I signed up for an education session to learn about a new program being offered by a prominent business school that I’m interested in taking. Within 5 minutes of watching the presentation, my heart began to race! The presenter shared the faculty for the program, and it was 100% men.
