Just wrapped up an energizing few days at the CSDA General Manager Leadership Summit in Newport Beach. From keynotes on employee commitment and inspired leadership to breakout sessions on governance, legal updates, and workforce strategy, the content hit home for California's special district leaders.

We were proud to have our own Kammy Haynes on the agenda, presenting "Leading Through Generational Change: Building Your Next-Level Workforce" to a great audience of GMs and emerging leaders. The conversations at our booth were just as valuable — covering everything from compensation alignment to succession planning and HR membership.
