Join me Nov. 22! The grief circle is divided into two journeys, each are six weeks. Separate registration is required. Attending the first journey is highly recommended before attending the second journey.
The purpose of this program is to both highlight and support the unique challenges experienced in the face of loss and grief. It is not meant to be prescriptive in that it offers a specific way to navigate loss and grief, but instead is fluid and experiential. It is a call to reflection, expansion, and transformation, not just in the context of loss, but in life itself. It highlights the benefits of both our own internal work, and the healing balm of community. It is a journey that is ever-changing, ever-unfolding, and ever-revealing that we are already that which we are seeking.

One of the most misunderstood spiritual practices is forgiveness. I had a different belief about forgiveness than I do now. I thought it was something the offender had to deserve. It was me pardoning somebody of their sins; or maybe it required some sort of penance or a priest needed to be involved....

Many years ago I took a motorcycle safety class. One of the most memorable teachings was that the bike will go wherever you're looking. Just like riding a bike, your life will go wherever you're looking. What are you looking at? Low funds in the bank, failed relationships, past hurts? Look ahead instead towards abundance and good things.
