Right Direction Youth & Family Resources Inc. Assisting at risk and oftentimes neglected young males has been an important part of the Right Direction’s founder’s lives for over 15 years.

What originally began as a simple idea, Right Direction has grown into a mentality of its leadership and staff for Developing Gentlemen and Creating Opportunities. Justin Thomas (CEO) and Richard Chinakwe created Right Direction for the purposes to enhance each young male’s life by exposing them to constructive and beneficial activities while simultaneously having them interact with positive, effe

ctive members of our community through our various mentoring programs. Right Direction Group Homes Inc. believes that mentoring is the most integral and vital tool for youth development. Based on this belief, the leadership and staff have challenged themselves to take a proactive role with mentoring at risk youths not only in our group home facilities, but in the community as well. The Direction for Life Youth Mentorship Program focuses on at risk young males ages 11-17 both in our residential facilities, as well as, children who are not members of our group homes.
