Jim’s public sector leadership experience spans three decades and includes working for the State Controller’s Office, Department of Justice, Department of Finance, and Covered California, among others. In this role, Jim serves as Delegata’s public sector liaison and client strategy partner, leaning in and providing valuable insight and support to help resolve complex government issues facing the State of California.
