Today we’re shining the spotlight on Aynaxi Madhav, a Business Process Consultant whose curiosity, analytical mindset, and love of problem-solving help turn complex challenges into meaningful improvements in access to care.
🎓 Background
Aynaxi began her career with a bachelor’s degree in food science, spending years in R&D and product management focused on value enhancement and process improvement. After earning her MBA, she set her sights on applying those skills to healthcare and when she learned about Unleashing Leaders’ mission, the fit was clear.
🤝 Typical Day at UL
There’s no such thing as a “typical” day for Aynaxi and that’s exactly what she loves. Some days are spent heads-down getting work done; others involve collaborating with state staff on incremental process improvements or facilitating strategic conversations with organizational leaders about what’s ahead.
📂 Current Work
Aynaxi is currently supporting multiple projects aimed at improving access to care, both by strengthening existing programs and helping build new ones. Her work spans thoughtful process improvements and forward-looking program design.
🛠️ Toughest Challenge
One of the most challenging and rewarding parts of Aynaxi’s role is working without a clear roadmap. Much of the work is intentionally open-ended, and she embraces it like a puzzle with countless possible solutions.
🏆 Recent Win
Aynaxi recently supported the development of a highly visible grant as an exciting and unique opportunity. She credits the experience to an incredibly knowledgeable team and values the chance to learn alongside them.
📚 Fun Fact
Aynaxi is an avid reader who finishes one book in a week. These days, as a new mom, that pace looks more like a book a month but the love of reading is still going strong.

Rather than switching roles, Aynaxi would love to borrow a few talents from across UL: Lee’s charisma, Cyrus’s drive, Mel’s emotional intelligence, Emily’s knack for asking the right questions, and Muk’s ability to synthesize ideas just to name a few.
