We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our interpreter recruitment and scheduling efforts at our Sacramento, CA office (onsite position).

What you'll do:
✅ Source and recruit qualified interpreter candidates
✅ Communicate with applicants by phone and email
✅ Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
✅ Maintain accurate candidate records and databases
✅ Work closely with our Scheduling and HR teams

We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Recruitment or candidate sourcing experience
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling/management systems
✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Bilingual skills (English + another language) are a big plus!
