Martha Breslin, senior manager at EisnerAmper, is one of this year’s Experienced Leader nominees.

During a period of significant transition following EisnerAmper’s merger, Martha stepped into expanded leadership responsibilities, helping guide her team through change while maintaining continuity across client work and operations. She has led key initiatives including system integrations, trust accounting processes, and coordination across onshore and offshore teams, strengthening workflow and consistency across the La Jolla office.

Alongside this work, she plays a central role in developing others by creating and leading training programs for new hires and interns across audit and accounting. Beyond her work, Martha serves as board treasurer for Malashock Dance & The Malashock Dance School and a board member for the Rancho Santa Fe Community Center, and has previously supported the Rwandan Orphans Project. She has also fostered more than 130 kittens through her volunteer work, reflecting a deep commitment to care and community.

Precious Opaleke, CPA, of Lido Tax LLC, is one of this year’s Emerging Leader nominees.

With an international background that includes experience in the U.K. before continuing her career in the U.S., Precious has been actively involved in the CalCPA community since 2019, with a focus on mentorship and outreach. She guides students and CPA candidates through the licensure process and regularly speaks with aspiring professionals, including presenting to more than 150 students at a CalCPA-hosted symposium at Deloitte and participating in student sessions at the University of Southern California.

Her involvement continues through CalCPA leadership and volunteer roles, serving as chair of the CalCPA Inland Empire Chapter’s Estate Planning Committee, a member of the State YEP Committee, and a graduate of the CalCPA Leadership Institute. She also introduced mentorship services within her workplace to support those pursuing the CPA license. In recognition of her impact, she was awarded a certificate of recognition from the California State Senate and Assembly for her contributions to the community.

At HCVT, Britany has played a key role in strengthening workplace culture and professional development, spearheading officewide training programs that improve consistency and technical growth across teams.
