New desserts for my friend Rebeca Wise's new restarant Veg Express. A chocolate cashew cheesecake with chocolate ganache, a mango cashew cheesecake and a fruit torte. All gluten free, refined sugar free and obly some raw coconut oil in the ceesecakes. Congratulations Rebeca!

Made a 6" and a 3" lemon cheesecake yesterday, then added fruit to the.6" cake. Lemons were free and better than organic, from a neighbors house. Even organic fruits and veggies are sprayed with "organic" pesticides!

Loved this recipe I developed, it was good too!

Anyone love chocolate??? Well, I do so, I made this decadent Quintuple Chocolate Raw Vegan Cheesecake with slight hint of cinnamon.

The 5 chocolates are: raw cacao in the fruit and nut crust; raw cacao sauce on the crust; raw cacao in the cashew cream filling; and, decorated with chocolate and white chocolate drizzle.!

Inspiration:

When we say we trust God but do everything our own way, are we really trusting? Trust is more than just believing with our minds. Trust involves acting on our beliefs. We know that God’s mind is infinitely greater than our own limited understanding, so He calls us to live, move, and act on that belief by trusting Him wholeheartedly.

Inspiration:

Lord, I cannot begin to fathom Your mind. Next to Your greatness, my wisdom and understanding are so small. Yet too often, I have leaned on my own understanding instead of Your word. Teach me to depend on You more fully, to trust Your word not only with my beliefs but with my actions. In Jesus’ name, amen.
